  1. The only essential oil i’ve heard of is frankincense but this post opened up a whole new door. I didn’t really know much about essential oils before reading this. i didn’t realize that each essential oil has different benefits (though i do like that a lot of them are anti-inflammatory). i love how much depth is in this post (i had no idea that cinammon oil is volatile in high temperatures).
